Leila Osman
Leila has spent over a decade studying contemplative traditions across Southeast Asia and the Middle East, weaving together mindfulness, somatic movement, and ritual into practices that feel both ancient and alive. She holds certifications in Vinyasa yoga, Somatic Movement Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Her classes are a sanctuary — unhurried, deeply felt, and profoundly restorative.

Maya Rivers
Maya holds a Master's in Clinical Nutrition and trained as a chef in Oaxaca before returning to Portland to blend her two loves: nourishing food and community. She believes food is medicine, and that cooking together is one of the most healing acts we can share. Her workshops are hands-on, joyful, and deeply informative — you leave full in every sense of the word.

James is a certified Wim Hof Method instructor and Functional Breathing Coach who spent three years training with cold-water practitioners in Scandinavia.
